Excellent customer service (which is why I won't use the last company our company was contracted with). AGN was polite, professional, and precise. From the request to the completion. The tech arrived and was easy to talk to, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process to me and got right to work. After the cracks were filled, he explained the follow-up care for lasting results. I am campaigning for my company to change their contract with the other company for this one.

My Glass auto team was awesome. They were patient while I looked and looked for my keys and understanding when my dog escaped and clearly interfered in their space. I had a few bad experiences with another company before. My insurance company appear to be pushing for that company again, I decided to go with Auto Glass Now. Kindness, efficiency and professionalism… reminds me of the old southern hospitality. Shout out to David.

Great price!!! Quick turn around for appointments. Loved the fact that they are a mobile service and come to you. My window was busted out and he even cleaned up the glass for me! Finished the job so quickly.

The entire experience was phenomenal. My technician David went far and beyond repairing my glass, even when as far as vacuuming, most of the glass out of my vehicle, his patience and service was excellent. Your company is valued to have this gentleman working for you.
